The story of the 97th Coy

Towards the ending of year 2003, the LCEC of Bedok Methodist Church (BMC)
decided to start a BB Company in the nearby school, Bedok South Secondary
School (BDS) .Through the help of Ms Bandara, the leaders of BMC managed to
meet up with the principal of BDS.

And in February 2004, a few officers from the 40th Coy led by Mr Eric Cheang (LTA)
launched the 97th Singapore Company with a pioneer membership of 10 Boys.

The following are the names of the 10 pioneer Boys:
